SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with PrimePick EU. Below is all the information you need about shipping your order.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within [3–5] business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (e.g., within the Italy)
* Standard Shipping: [5–7] business days — $[4.99]
* Expedited Shipping: [2–3] business days — $[12.99]
* FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $[50]

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! International shipping times and rates:
* Standard International: [10–21] business days — from $[14.99]
* Express International: [7–15] business days — from $[29.99]

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country's government. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on [carrier website, e.g., USPS.com, UPS.com, or DHL.com].

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Prime Pick is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please:
1. Check with neighbors and in all possible delivery locations
2. Contact your local post office
3. If still unresolved, email us at [your email] and we will do our best to assist you

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
